What are
Ghosts?
The difference between a living and a dead cell is energy. Conservation law states that energy cannot be created or destroyed but only transformed. Therefore it is believed that at the moment of death, some of this energy detaches and shifts into an undetectable aspect of reality, a unique characteristic also attributed to concepts such as cosmic dark matter and energy. This separated energy, often referred to as the soul or spirit, may be a 4th dimensional element of consciousness. Experiments with psychedelics hint that the health of one's ego can influence the behavior of consciousness after detachment, directing it into a domain of collective consciousness (an ultra-dimension) or remain as a three-dimensional entity, essentially creating a 'ghost.' Ultraterrestrials such as ghosts are not necessarily lost but rather grounded due to a disorder that inhibits ego dissolution, a person's awareness to losing elements of their identity. This may result in an inability to perceive a four-dimensional reality, making their quality of consciousness incompatible with an ultra-dimension. Etiologies such as excessive vanity, personal attachments, or apprehension to unfinished tasks can all hinder the transference of a deceased person's consciousness, resulting in the creation of a ghost. When guiding ghosts towards 'the light', techniques involving faith-based practices do not necessarily command a ghost to move forward but instead may help them realize to 'let go' of their ego. This release triggers ego dissolution and allows them to transition back into the ultra-dimension.
What are
Hauntings?
Ghosts have no corporeal form. Yet they are composed of a neural network of exotic energy that can process electromagnetic frequencies, allowing them to 'see and hear' even without a body. They can also manipulate a range of these frequencies often leading to what is typically observed as paranormal activity. It is a mystery whether these abilities are innate or learned. Ghosts also seem to exist in a peculiar quantum state such as particle-wave duality in which they can pass through matter with wave-like properties or change into particles that form a shape an observer can actually see, appearing solid or translucent but often looking as they did at the moment of death. Since energy is required in order to perform various actions, ghosts seem to possess the capability of absorbing energy from their surroundings. As they interact with their environment, they can leave an electromagnetic trace and under the right conditions create glowing plasmoids, both of which can be detectable. Due to their non-biological nature, ghosts experience time differently which enables them to exist in one location perpetually. A haunting occurs because a ghost cannot 'feel' the passage of time. However, when changes occur in their setting, for instance when a location is remodeled or destroyed, the unfamiliarity may lead the ghost to either resist detachment even further or more likely enter the process of ego dissolution. This process may explain why there are little to no witness descriptions of ghosts from the ancient past, unless these entities reside in a location where the setting has remained largely unchanged.
Life After Death?
There may be a spectrum of health the ego can fall under that can result in different experiences after death. If someone detaches from the ego while holding an attachment to life itself, their afterlife energy could enter the ultra-dimension and subsequently return to physical reality in another body and perhaps even in another place in time within the block universe; a phenomenon also known as reincarnation. In contrast, individuals who have near-death or out-of-body experiences undergo ego dissolution while their physical body remains partially alive, maintaining a link to their incorporeal state. During that brief time, their detached consciousness can experience constructs of the ultra-dimension or other 4th dimensional qualities, positive or negative, before eventually reuniting with their body.
